Artisan Bookings: DoorDiscover provides a platform for connecting homeowners with artisans. We are not responsible for the quality of work performed by independent contractors.
Property Listings: DoorDiscover is a marketplace for property listings. We do not own the properties listed and are not responsible for the accuracy of listing details.
Bidding System: Artisans and clients use our bidding system at their own discretion. DoorDiscover does not guarantee the outcome of any bid or contract.
3. Payments
- All payments processed through the platform must adhere to our integrated payment gateway (Paystack) standards.
- Users agree to pay any applicable service fees as outlined in our subscription tiers.
- All transactions are subject to our refund and dispute resolution policy.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purposes or to violate any local data integrity protocols.
- You shall not upload malicious content, viruses, or any files that threaten the security of our platform.
- You must not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Spamming, harassment, or abuse of other users is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
DoorDiscover acts only as a platform facilitator. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from transactions between users — artisans, clients, or property owners. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity, without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on DoorDiscover, including logos, designs, and software, is the property of DoorDiscover and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
9. Changes to These Terms
DoorDiscover reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
